What will we do when honey comes hard to come by or skyrockets in price? What if our shipment of elderberries is delayed and we can’t meet the orders of our customers in a timely manner (this happened just a month or so ago)? 

Our answer: The sustainability project. We want to create systems and supply chains that make it easier to put our products in your family’s hands, not harder or more expensive.
